Lean, clean, and full of rich flavor! This goat share comes from a grass-fed Nubian wether (dairy breed), resulting in a lighter, leaner product compared to traditional meat goats. It’s a great option for those looking for a nutritious, versatile protein.

Half share will result in approx. 17-18 lbs. of meat. Processing is scheduled for May 6.

This animal will be processed as stew meat only, the most popular and versatile cut for goat — perfect for curries, soups, slow cooking, and hearty meals packed with flavor.

Beef, lamb, pork, and goat shares are sold for spring and fall fulfillment (as available). You must be on our waitlist with the required 60% deposit paid to be included in a share. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks prior to processing.

You will be contacted by the butcher shop regarding your order (if applicable) and are responsible for pickup unless other arrangements are made with us.

All prices listed are inclusive of processing — one price, no hidden fees, and your meat is ready to go.
