1/2 pork pre-order for spring 2026 processing; approx. 80 lbs. meat, including:

• 10 lbs. ground pork or sausage

• 10 lbs. ground bacon

• 6 roasts

• 8 ham steaks

• 8 pork steaks

• 8 pork chops

Beef, lamb, and pork shares are sold for spring and fall fulfillment. You must be on our waitlist with required 60% deposit paid to be included in the share. The full amount of the share is due no later than two weeks prior to processing.

You will be called by the butcher shop for your cut order and are responsible for pickup unless other arrangements are made with us.

The amounts listed below are WITH processing included. You only pay one price to us and get your meat.
